By scheduling or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Shepherd's Garage provides professional auto detailing services at our shop location. All services are performed to the best of our ability using industry-standard products and techniques.

Results may vary depending on the condition, age, and materials of the vehicle.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Appointments are required for all services unless otherwise stated.

  • We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are subject to change based on vehicle size, condition, and requested services.

  • Final pricing may be adjusted upon in-person inspection.

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept [list payment methods].

4. Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damage

  • Customers must disclose any known damage prior to service.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:

    • Scratches, dents, paint defects, or clear coat failure

    • Interior wear, tears, stains, or fragile materials

  • Some detailing processes may reveal hidden damage that was not previously visible.

5. Personal Belongings

  • Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle prior to your appointment.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

6. Satisfaction and Limitations

  • We strive for high-quality results, but we do not guarantee perfection, especially in heavily soiled or damaged vehicles.

  • Certain stains, odors, scratches, or defects may be permanent and cannot be fully removed.

7. Liability

  • Shepherd's Garage is not liable for:

    • Damage resulting from pre-existing conditions

    • Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to detailing services

    • Damage caused by faulty or aftermarket parts

  • In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our services, liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if:

  • A vehicle is deemed unsafe or hazardous

  • Conditions are beyond reasonable service scope

  • The customer behaves in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner

9. Abandoned Vehicles

Vehicles not picked up within 3 days of service completion may be subject to storage fees. Vehicles left for extended periods without communication may be considered abandoned in accordance with South Dakota law.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be available upon request or at our shop.
